Welcome to IBC. This email will help you get started with your IBC service.

 

IBC User Web Portal

 

Before you begin using SaskTel IBC, please complete the following steps:

  1. Go to https://ibcportal.sasktel.com/Login/
  2. Enter your User ID: [email protected]
  3. Enter your temporary password: 
  4. When prompted, enter your new password. Your password must be 12 characters and include the following: 
    • One upper case letter
    • One lower case letter
    • One number
    • One special character

You must enter your User ID and password every time you log in to the IBC User Web Portal, or any of the IBC Clients (Desktop, Mobile, or Tablet), if you subscribe to them. Please retain this information.

Once logged in, you can manage your profile and feature options. A Help link is located in the top right corner of the portal pages for information on how to use the portal.

Voice Mail (including Voice Mail to Text and Voice Mail to Email) setup and management is done outside of the IBC portal. If you have an existing voice mailbox, the password remains the same. If this is a new voice mailbox, your temporary voice mail PIN is your 10-digit phone number. Please visit sasktel.com/ibcsupport for assistance. Remember, poorly protected voice mailboxes are vulnerable to fraudulent long distance calls, so immediately change the temporary PIN to avoid fraudulent activity.
