Step 1: Access the template list view

Teacher gathers information about the student that may include:Baseline Assessments

  • Goals related to social, emotional, and academic
  • Learner Profile
  • Age of learner and academic level
  • Student information; C.U.M.E, CLEVR
  • Parental and Student Input and work habits


Step 2: Educational Plan

Meet with the appropriate team members. These can include

  • Course Instructor
  • Course Counselor
  • Parent and Student
  • Administration
  • Student Support


Step 3: Go Time

Student works on the educational plan that was created for/by the student. During this time:

  • A lead teacher is assigned to keep students on track
  • Lead teacher communicates regularly with students and family
  • Lead teacher coordinates the assessment & evaluation of the student
