Step 1: Access the template list view
Teacher gathers information about the student that may include:Baseline Assessments
- Goals related to social, emotional, and academic
- Learner Profile
- Age of learner and academic level
- Student information; C.U.M.E, CLEVR
- Parental and Student Input and work habits
Step 2: Educational Plan
Meet with the appropriate team members. These can include
- Course Instructor
- Course Counselor
- Parent and Student
- Administration
- Student Support
Step 3: Go Time
Student works on the educational plan that was created for/by the student. During this time:
- A lead teacher is assigned to keep students on track
- Lead teacher communicates regularly with students and family
- Lead teacher coordinates the assessment & evaluation of the student
